TTC since March 2012 w/irregular and anovulatory cycles.  
Moved to an RE October 2013  HSG- All clear , S/A- Normal , Bloodwork -Normal
Uterine polyp found-  Hysteroscopy and D&C 12/6/13  DX w/complex endometrial hyperplasia
Endometrial Biopsy 3/21/14 - Hyperplasia still present  Endometrial Biopsy #2 6/24/14 - All clear!
IUI #1  w/stims and trigger - Started stims 7/7/14 - IUI 7/24/14 = BFP 8/7/14

  • Goals: lose 70-80 pounds total. Before our surprise pg I was down 38, I'm not quite sure how much I gained but it's back to work now. Progress: no progress his week as I just had my d&e last night. Plan: my fitness pal and walking Best part of the week: we had a wonderful camping trip this weekend. Worst part of the week: losing the baby. QOTW:10/16/10 we take a long weekend and stay in a b&b each year and if it falls through the week we go out to dinner on the night of. This year I have grad class on our anniversary but he may pick me up after class and leave for our trip depending on where we are going. Current thoughts are Harper's Ferry WV or the Poconos.

  • 1) Goals? Lose 50lbs by July 2015


    2) How has your progress been this week?
    Progress has been pretty good! I don't remember how much weight I had lost at the last check-in, but I am down 12 pounds so far.


    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?
    Body by Vi shakes, walking/running 5-6x a week, tracking everything in MFP. I will start ab workouts soon.


    4) Best part of your week?
    Hitting a number I haven't seen in awhile. Fitting into a smaller pair of jeans I had in my closet.


    5) Worst part of your week? I am in desperate need of a new pair of running shoes, but I just can't afford that right now. Also, my knees have been bothering me when I run...I am hoping it's because of my weight and not something else.


    QOTW: When is your wedding anniversary?
    Do you do something big to celebrate each year or are you low key? 9/17/11. Low key. We like to go out to a nice dinner every year.
    I would bet this is because of the shoes.  You'd be amazed what the right shoes can do for you.

  • 1) Goals? Lose 60lbs by my 40th b-day in February.

    2) How has your progress been this week? Christ, I have no idea.  I'm losing a couple pounds one week, gaining it the next, losing it again the next. 

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Body by Vi.

    4) Best part of your week? Work's been pretty interesting.

    5) Worst part of your week? The terrible news my Nest family has had this week.

    QOTW: When is your wedding anniversary?  Do you do something big to celebrate each year or are you low key? October 2 (2010).  We usually go on a trip in October. First year it was NYC, 2nd we didn't travel. Third we went to London and this year we're going to Vancouver.

  • 1) Goals? - Lose 50-70 lbs

    2) How has your progress been this week? - Not too good, again.  But getting back into my healthy eating, drinking more water, etc.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? - My fitness pal.  Walking couple times a week after walk.  Cooking more at home.

    4) Best part of your week? - Leaving work early 2 days in a row.  That never happens, I usually leave an hour or two late.

    5) Worst part of your week? - My friend is moving to FL.  She's leaving tomorrow =(

    QOTW: When is your wedding anniversary?  Do you do something big to celebrate each year or are you low key? - 11.12.11, we go out to dinner, but that's about it.
  • 1) Goals? Lose 20ish lbs total; general health

    2) How has your progress been this week? Okay. Last week when I weighed myself I was down 4 lbs total, but I haven't been to the gym since. Oops.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Running, eating better.

    4) Best part of your week? Spending time with my nephew and sister!

    5) Worst part of your week? DH left for CA. 

    QOTW: When is your wedding anniversary?  Do you do something big to celebrate each year or are you low key? July 17th, and we haven't done anything big since we got married. Our second anniversary saw us on our couch with PB&J (we had just returned from an awesome trip though), and as you know, we spent this anniversary with the repairman and Chinese food. We have plans to go back to our hotel for the 5th year.
    TTC #1 since Feb. '12. dx: "unexplained" IF
    After 2 shitty IVF cycles and 1 loss at 6+2 (EDD 11/7/14), DH and I are pursuing DIA.

  • 1) Goals? Lose about 25 lbs, acquire some self control.
    2) How has your progress been this week? I've been much better with exercise, but still a total butthead with diet.
    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Some physical activity every day. Plant-based diet, and less crap in general.
    4) Best part of your week? Manicure and pedicure this weekend.
    5) Worst part of your week? Just a hard week mental health-wise. Anxiety is rearing it's head.
    QOTW: When is your wedding anniversary?  Do you do something big to celebrate each year or are you low key? Married in June. It's a big deal to me, but whether we actually do something big in observance has varied each year based on job stuff.

    Get down to between 120 - 130 lbs, try to get PCOS under control

    2) How has your progress been this week?
    Not good.  I haven't really exercised at all in the last couple weeks.  Food was okay until today when I gave in to the siren call of cheese curds.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?
    Track calories, watch carbs, watch sugar, treadmill or walking.

    4) Best part of your week?
    I have my resume posted on my college's job website and randomly got a call for an interview today!

    5) Worst part of your week?
    Tomorrow is my birthday and I have preemptively made the decision to eat whatever I want.

    June 18th (2010).  We're usually pretty low key.
