I finished Scott Jurek's Eat and Run on vacation (one of the guys in Born to Run).  I know you loved Born to Run so you may like this one too.  It's much more his personal story but I found it fascinating (because who the heck calls running 150+ mile races fun?????)

    I have added it to my TBR list.  All those ultra-marathoners have a bit of a screw loose if you ask me.  But they really are quite fascinating people to read about.

    Completely agree.  And there are a ton of them!  I had no idea there were so many "ultra" races out there.

    I know!  I am amazed that there are so many runners willing to put themselves through that.  My mom did the Boston Marathon 3 times and I thought that was pretty psycho, but to voluntarily run 100 miles, that is just twisted.
