dress has beautiful raised Venice Lace Appliques on net that add
dimension to this unique dress. It sparkles all over! Altered for
5'3-5'4 and there is a bustle.
The dress is a size 4. My measurements are Chest: 32/ Waist: 26 Hips:
34. I wore a heavily padded bra underneath and there is probably room
for 36 chest.
This dress it is altered to wear flats if you are Height 5'3-5'4.
The three point bustle did not hold and there is a small tear in the
netting in the back of the dress. There is a picture of the tear posted.
It is in the lower left corner.
