What is your favorite board or card game?

I really like cribbage and that is what DH and I plan the most, when we are traveling.

We love cribbage too!  I had never heard of it until DH taught me.  Apparently it's a big deal in Vermont where his family is from.  

I also love gin rummy.

I love Gin Rummy!!  I grew up playing that with my dad.

I don't go out of my way to play any games, but if someone brings it out, I'll usually play.  The only game I've ever bought is Cards Against Humanity, which we've played once since owning it.

Card game: Skip-Bo or Crib.

Board: I'm a nerd and like things like Tri-bond or trivial pursuit.

I love so many card games: Uno, Phase 10, Cards Against Humanity, Munchkin....

As for board games I like Life, Munchkin Quest and who doesn't love a good old game of CandyLand. Okay maybe I should have saved that for Confession Thursday.

Card wise... I'm a sucker for solitaire. I would love to play Cards Against Humanity one day, but we're not really social enough to make it a fun game.

I'm also a fan of Monopoly and Clue.

Card: Cards Against Humanity, without a doubt. We play almost every weekend. Normal cards, spades and rummy.

Board: Cranium, old school life and clue.

I'm not big into games.  H and I have never sat down, just us, and played a board game.  His sisters love games and we usually play when we go there.  I do have fun when we play Apples to Apples.  Monopoly is always a good time also.

Kind of off topic, but I used to work in a school that had Saturday school for state test prep.  There were only like 3 of us willing to teach and had a small turn out of students.  I couldn't turn down the money, I'd usually have under 5 kids.  We had a few snow days but the principal still had the money, so the make up sessions were after the state tests.  The principal let us do whatever we wanted.  I brought popcorn and juice and taught the kids how to play Monopoly by the rules.  They loved it.  I just sat and moderated and let them play.  It was also great because we would all chat and joke.  It was such a great time.

I like all kinds of games. I grew up playing cards and games as we didn't have tv at our summer house.

My favorites are Phase 10 or euchre. My favorite board game is Sorry.
