Fall Baking/Cooking and GTKY
I can feel that Fall is coming (even though the heat index today is 110!), and I want to start baking. This morning I am making a recipe that DH found for a quick yeast bread. It has to rise for 2 hours and then chill for at least three hours, so I won't be able to bake it until this afternoon. I love making bread, even though my success rate is about 50% or so. Hey...practice makes perfect, right?

I love the cool weather where you just need a sweater or light coat. I love love love boots. I love the colors and the changing leaves. I love the spicy fall scents too.
