There is indeed a physcian that I know who has recommended warm water only to externally clean the vulva. No soaps, no douches, no spray on crap -- just waarm water and that is all.
I've also been a non advocate of sprays and other "Cleaners." The Europeans have been relying on bidets for centuries.
And it isn't good to douche if it is not medically prescribed. it's a good way to throw off the pH balance of your vagina and cause lots of nasty infections as a result. And remember: the vagina is self cleaning. No need to use any of that crap.
