There's a sign on my street for jazzerizing $39.  No place, time - just Jazzercise $39.  I do think of @court115 everytime I see it.

Not exactly working out...but my 21 day sugar detox is going well! I've definitely lost some weight, and I definitely feel better. It's not hard not to eat the processed and sugary foods, but it's hard because everything I eat has to be prepared- no quick granola bar snacks. I'm surviving though! And N is on board for eating healthier, so that helps.

I want to work out! next week i'll be back at work and Ben will be doing daycare pickup so I'll be able to stop by the gym on the way home.

 

we have been getting out for long walks in fair hill though so thats something

Agreed! Those signs are made to be hung in the actual class, not on the side of the road, but.. I agree.

Does walking up all the stairs at the beach house my dad rented count?  Because my butt muscles are sore.

If you get sore and/ or winded it counts... At least for me. Bathroom breaks and walking up my driveway now counts lol.

where? the one close to my house only offers 9:30am and 4:30 pm classes
