All I know is that tonight is pork chops.  The rest of the week?  No clue.

I planned the whole week out, and remembered on the way home from the grocery store that I'm going out of town this week. D'oh. Good luck, DH!  haha

Monday - Lemon-soy sirloin, grilled fingerling potatoes and Bacon Feta Spinach Salad with Lemon-Garlic Vinaigrette

Tuesday - Fajita Salad Bowls with Cilantro Lime dressing

Wednesday - Ciabatta BLTs and waffle fries

Thursday - Teriyaki Pasta Salad

Friday - take out

Sun--cheese enchiladas and plantains

Mon-meatloaf cups, risotto, pineapple

Tue--Mongolian beef, jasmine rice, peppers

Wed--Chicken picatta, pasta, carrots

Thu--pork chops, black eyed peas, butternut squash

Fri--?

Monday- Left over Roast and potatoes

Tuesday- Pork chops, potatoes and corn

Wednesday- Maybe spaghetti

Thursday- Stuffed chicken breasts (cheese and broccoli) and salad

Friday- Left over Spaghetti

Saturday- At ILs.

Monday - Cookout at the neighbors.  I made pasta salad and blueberry pie

Tuesday - Halibut with Coconut Red-Curry Sauce

Wednesday - Something with Flank steak but I don't remember what

Thursday - Some kind of chicken with peas and stuff

Friday - I leave for the cape so the boys are on thier own

I can't remember what the hell I am making on the other nights so no pictures of those.

Mon- We ate a roast with potatoes and carrots

Tues- Chicken nachos with the homemade salsa I canned all day Sunday

Wed- Baked salmon, steamed veggies. But let's face it I'll probably eat more nachos lol. Or quesadillas. 

Thurs- Either salmon and veggies or quesadillas, depending on what happens Wednesday.

Fri- Dinner at a friend's house. I'm bringing broccoli salad per her request.

Sat- Grilled burgers and corn on the cob, baked sweet potato fries.

Tuesday : It's been an exhausting day, so I'm not entirely I'm going to muster up the energy for cooking.    So probably macaroni and cheese leftovers

Wednesday : BBQ chicken stuffed sweet potatoes

Thursday : Mashed cauliflower cottage pie

Friday : spaghetti squash crusted quiche

Saturday : chicken soup
