Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
I've been seeing this pop up a bit over the past few days, and since most of us are bookworms, I thought it might be fun for us!
List 10 books that have really moved you, stayed with you over time, that really mean something to you in a big way. Don't focus on the "right" books; list the books that are meaningful to YOU. You don't have to justify them, defend them, or apologize--and you shouldn't.
Here are mine, in no particular order.:
- The Giver (Lois Lowry)
- Outlander (Diana Gabaldon)
- Ender’s Game (Orson Scott Card)
- Storm of Swords (George R. R. Martin)
- Through The Looking Glass and What Alice Found There (Lewis Carroll)
- A Wrinkle in Time (Madeleine L’Engle)
- It’s Always Something (Gilda Radner, autobiography)
- The Stand (Stephen King)
- A Separate Peace (John Knowles)
- Isolde, Queen of the Western Isle (Rosalind Miles)
