Ah. In that case, the sofrito chicken I have simmering in the crock pot as we speak should suffice.

Any success with your pinterest/internet recipes?  I have to be honest and totally forgot about this month challenge.  I'll try to do something this weekend.

I know the feeling. I keep finding and adding them to my recipe board. Have I actually attempted them? Nope.

Crock pot Mongolian beef - I think I'd like it sweeter. More brown sugar next time. I had everything cut up and ready for H to put in the crock pot for me. It worked perfectly! All he had to do was cornstarch the beef and throw in the pot.

Also, I went almost 2 weeks without wraps on my nails. And didn't bite one nail! I had to trim them even because I was catching E with my talons. I just put new wraps on Thursday.

Derp, totally forgot about this challenge!

I made the perogies and I just made these treats.  I currently have a lot of recipes in my repertoire so it't not very often I try a new one.
