Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ok, recommend your favorite tasty yet healthy meals for lunch and dinner. I've found a few new recipes like zucchini tots, but I need more. I keep making a resolution to eat healthier and work out more which lasts for maybe a week. Then a few weeks later I do it all over again. I started using the myfitnesspal app again today.

Jen I love candy to much to give it up completely. And carbs and dessert. I made wheat germ muffins yesterday with cherries in them. Add a little honey and I get a carb dessert that is healthier than a cupcake. But I still plan to indulge in the real thing occasionally.
