Just having one of those days at work and want to strangle people....:(

I know that feeling. I'm just happy Lily's fever finally broke this morning. Saturday evening I picked her up and she was so hot. She had a temp of 102.5. Yesterday was lots of whining and crabbiness. She still had her fever but no other symptoms. The dr office suggested teething. I'm thinking virus since she's never had a fever like this and has almost all of her teeth and we were in last week for her check up.

I'm happy she is feeling better. We are still trying to get naps and bedtime back on schedule from when Abby was sick last week.

I cleaned all of Abby's plastic toys today. It took a LONG time. I am hoping it prevents another cold from hitting anytime soon.

I'm trapped in my apartment today. They've been pulling up the flooring outside our apartment for TWO WEEKS now. Taking their sweet time finishing up. We get a new newsletter on our door one a week updated what will happen the following week. First week, pulling up the flooring. Took them maybe a couple hours then were gone the rest of the week. Second week, they added some caulking to the floor. Again, couple hours and then gone. This week, laying down some sort of sealant. I don't mind the work, but 2 out of 3 of these newsletters have said that the "work needs to dry so no access to units 9am-5pm for the week just in case our section was the one they were working on that day. Hard to plan errands, appointments, etc during the day when you don't know if you'll have to be gone ALL day and not be allowed back into the apartment.

So that's the back story. Today they decided was our apartment's day for sealing the floors. I had one errand to do, but not worth being trapped outside the apartment for 8 hours to do it, so I just stayed here. And our apartment smells I put a towel under the front door, and that has helped keep the smell out. I guess my moan in that I wish I had gone to a coffee shop or something.

That just sucks.....:(  You'd think they could have made some sort of provision for apartment access.

Just feeling bored and frustrated sitting at home all day. Don't know about the direction of my life, quarter life crisis. You know, the usual... 

I hope everyone has a better Tuesday...
