I wish I was crafty but my skills are similar to a kindergartner. I knit, but not very well.

Ooh, I made a wreath last night using faux flowers that I'm pretty proud of.

I can be. I mostly crochet, but I like a good diy project! My mom is very crafty and makes all my wreaths.

I have moments of pure craft genius and moments of total craft failure! I did quite a bit of DIY for our wedding...photo booth props, programs, escort cards....but then I tried to make this Martha Stewart Weddings DIY luminaries for the escort card table and it was a total fail. It was so bad that I returned all of the unused supplies to Michaels!

Here's a pic of my most recent crafting success.  I really wanted a new picture for our mantle, but didn't want to spend a fortune. I found a step by step pumpkin painting tutorial (if you follow me on Pinterest, I have it pinned) and followed that. I'm pretty proud of the way it came out, especially since I have little painting on canvas experience : )

I think I'm pretty crafty, but a lot of times my ambition seems to outstrip my actual ability.

I'm pretty crafty but don't do a lot of crafts unless I have a reason to do them, like for a party.  I did A LOT of stuff for our wedding and I recently did some stuff for a couples wedding shower.  The stuff for the wedding shower was like pulling teeth for me though; just didn't want to do it.

I was telling H that I'd like to get back into painting and I might do some for the new house once we start building.

The only thing I feel I'm good at craft wise is cross stitch. Which I guess is good since I was worried that the arts gene skipped me.

(Bio mom was a good artist. Gram owned a craft store when I was little. One sister used to be good at drawing. Youngest sister used to do fimo clay sculptures and now makes her own jewelry.)

If the project is something a 5 year old can do, then I can do it.

Although I did make almost everything for the wedding, but they were simple projects that involved A LOT of hot glue.

I can't draw or anything, but I do enjoy crafting. I just don't do it often. Last year I enjoyed making yarn wreaths.

I consider myself crafty to an extent. I crochet but can't follow a written pattern so have to make things I remember how to do. I did a lot of DIY stuff for the wedding. When I have time I can make some nice stuff.

In my mind, yes I'm crafty.  I've always wanted to be and am jealous of those who are.  My projects look similar to @goatlady12.
