Nursery AW! (XP from OCT 2014 Moms)
I am including the first picture so you all know what a true feat this was to get the room ready. Our spare bedroom has been our "walk in closet" for five years...you can see how this would get out of hand...It's like Monica's closet on Friends-there was always a mysterious closed door in between our bedroom and the office.The rest of the house is pretty nice (like we need to do updates, but we do not belong on hoarders like this room suggests...).

We are adding a couple things after baby gets here - like wood letters of their (still unknown, since we're team green) name over the changing table, and a tree is getting painted behind the chair in Dec. etc.

IVF #1 (May 2013): Antagonist Protocol:24R, 18M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 2 early blasts, no frosties = BFN
IVF #2 (August 2013): Lupron Stop Protocol:
28R, 23M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 1 partially hatched blast, 7 frosties = BFP
EDD 5/23/14, blighted ovum (6w6d), D&C (8w6d)
FET #1 (April 2014): transferred 2 5d blasts = BFP

@Madelien10L - we're still team green! but I think it's a boy, and my favorite color is green anyway. I figure I'll be spending a lot of time in that room, I may as well like it!
@Aimothy - I gave away the ones that I should have given up on long ago (size 6 pants, ha! sparkly flared jeans a la 90s Britney...etc. ) There were a ton of Salvation Army give aways...the room took 6mo of purging and cleaning out. Once that was done setting up the nursery was easy!
Then I packed away clothes by category like
- work clothes (I'm not going back until August 2016) got vaccumed sealed and put in the basement
-prepregnancy summer clothes went in bins in our basement (I'm just going to have to switch out seasons from now on)
-Fancy clothes got hung up in the small closet in the office (it's a bedroom that has been DH's office, but we haven't really used it since he sold his bussiness)
-the rest actually went in drawers and got hung up in the closet in our bedroom...
There was A LOT of purging that had to happen before that final step. It's something that should have been done long ago, baby was just the motivation we needed!
Didn't mean to ramble, sorry!
I had to clean out my "office" to make a nursery and I think the room looked similarly organized :-)
It's a lot of work, but it feels good to get it done!
