NYC Hotel

Where is a good place to stay in NYC? We will be there in December...wanting to see Central Park, Statue of Liberty, maybe catch a show...

Re: NYC Hotel

  • Depends what area you want to be in. I just stayed at the Residence Inn Midtown and it was awesome. Had a kitchen, really comfy bed, 5 minute walk to Grand Central Station, 10 minute walk to Times Square.
  • I realize I am late to the party, but it truly does depend on what you want. There are several very nice luxury hotels with great locations (The Palace, The Waldorf-Astoria, The Ritz, The Pierre) or super cute more boutiquey type of hotels. One in particular, the Bryant Park Hotel, is very centrally located and within walking distance (or a short cab/subway ride) to a lot of midtown attractions. Let me know if you need help with anything to do or restaurants!
