Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today.   • I've been doing a lot better with food choices.  I've stopped eating ice cream every night claiming that it's my beer for the day.  lol!

    Working out sucks right now because I get so winded doing everything.  Just hauling a laundry basket up the stairs I need to sit and catch my breath for a while. 

  • Things are going well. No new injuries...**knocks on wood**!!!

    Over the weekend, we did a crazy amount of walking. SIL was here and she wanted to see a lot in DC so I think we walked 12-13 miles last Fri (I had no idea that the National Zoo was so big!) and another 5-6 miles on Sat.

    I've gotten in 2 Jillian 30 DS workouts so far this week, and I'm planning on another workout tomorrow.

    I've also been journaling my food on the Jillian app. I've gotten the carbs under control, but I'm still not eating enough protein. That's always a challenge for me because I'm mostly vegetarian...I need to add some black beans or something to my salads to bump up the protein.

  • My goal is to walk 3 laps around the neighborhood a day. It's about a mile and on a hill.

    Monday I got 1 in then lo was cluster feeding then rain.

    Tuesday I got 2 in. But I tried my moby wrap and it was good!

    Wednesday I got 1.5, but I also went to chiro, BBB and BJ's for 6k steps.

    Today I will get 3 in!

  • Keeping an eye on my food calories for the most part.
    No surprise my most activity filled day according to my fitbit was the day we went to the Renaissance Faire. So much walking.

  • I started a crunch and squat challenge yesterday.  I did my crunches and squats yesterday and today :)
