Re: ~~Mommy & M2B Monday~~
How are you feeling? Good. Just third tri soreness and heavyness. SPD is causing me more and more discomfort but my chiro is helping me in that department.
What are you craving? Nothing really except shawarma salad....mmm.
What is grossing you out? Nothing, thank goodness.
Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? I finally picked all our baby gear and clothes up from my mom who has been storing them since we listed our old house. Pretty excited about that. Now I can start going through the newborn clothes and get things organized.
Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? I had a midwife appt last week and another next week, my GD test on Sat (haven't heard the result - no news is good news?) and I have an u/s on the 20th to check the placenta.
Have you / will you found out the sex? Another little boy!
Any names picked out? No...this is starting to become a problem and unnecessary stress. I have a top contender that DH doesn't hate so I could see that winning.
How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? Now that the priority house projects are done (mandatory electrical upgrade, removing hideous wallpaper and painting our open dining room), DH has moved on to prepping the nursery. He has removed old shelving and done the first skim coat on the drywall. This weekend is removing old trim, priming and hopefully painting. We will also be tackling the dresser to be refinished this weekend. I'm so excited!
Anything else you would like to add or PIP?
Already Mommies:
LOs Age(s): 2yrs 7mths
Best part of your week? Getting DS to understand and actually clean up his own toys at the end of the day (so now mommy doesn't have to bend over!! Yay!) And actually all things related to him becoming more independent. This is good timing...
Worst part of your week? My kid is exceptionally loud and active. He is like a Tasmanian devil and I'm not sure what to do...I just tell myself at least he is healthy, but I'm becoming terrified to have two boys running around my house!
Milestones? Nothing new
PIP those kiddos!
