    Well, it's an autobiography technically, but I liked "Stories I only tell my Friends" by Rob Lowe, or "Life" by Keith Richards. Those have been around awhile, but were really enjoyable.

    John Adams by David McCullough.  Really big but SO good and totally worth it!  It reads really well too, it's not dry, academic writing.

    I enjoyed Everything is Perfect When You're a Liar by Kelly Oxford . I had never even heard of the author, but it I found it light, fluffy, and funny. It is also more of an autobiography.

    I think 75% of the biographies I've read are sports related. :)

    I just finished Liar, Temptress, Soldier, Spy about four women who fought/spied/contributed to the Civil War and it was fascinating.
