First Time Home Buyer - Milwaukee Area
Hi,
We are looking into buying our first home within the next year and I am wondering what lenders and real estate agents people have had good experiences with, especially those who work well with first time home buyers.
I am also looking for opinions on suburbs to live in. I want to stay south of Milwaukee.....Oak Creek, South Milwaukee, Franklin, Racine etc... anything south of Milwaukee within 15-20 miles (of downtown). We are looking for reasonable property taxes, a good area, low crime rate, etc.
