We just put frontline on Gracie early last week, then Brian found a deer tick right on the top of her head yesterday.
:-S not cool!

Just a reminder to check your kids and pets carefully!!!

    nope, all.year.long

They never really go away, even when it gets super cold. As soon as it hit 32, they come out to feed.

I like to joke with my neighbors that I don't get ticks in my yard because we have a fence.  That's valid, right :P

I did get a tick this summer at Idlewid...it was a lovely souvenir.

  • Thought this could use another reminder since we pulled one off of Mason's head this weekend! (This is like the 3rd time he's had a tick on his head. :-& )

I thought it was because we had been at our neighbors bonfire and their yard backs up to a wooded area, but then last night when I was getting Garrett ready for bath time, I found one crawling on his belly. He had been outside most of the day playing in our yard. Not only am I grossed out now, but super paranoid!
