How is everyone doing?

Still have a terrible cough/no voice.  But I've been trying to get up and move around more during the day.  DH and I are on vacation next Tues-Fri and I'm going to get back to the gym and get some walks in the park in if it's warm enough.

On track here...

Last week I got in 3 30 DS Level 1 workouts

I did a level 1 workout on Mon, and I'm debating going back up to Level 2 today. I also want to get another workout in on Fri. 

We leave next Wed for my BFF's wedding in CA, so I also want to get in some workouts on Mon and Tues next week before we leave. I hate how traveling can make you so bloated and how challenging it can be to eat healthy when you're away from home.

Mon- off

Tues- trainer

Wed- i was going to go to the gym on my lunch but people are annoying and I cant anything done at work

My plan is to go to Zumba toning Thurs night, then Sat/Sun will be back to back training sessions
