Rentals?

Hey ladies!!!

Our home sale fell through and we are in serious crunch time (my husband is being relocated to the area in a month). So we've swtiched gears and are going to rent for a year or so. This is where I need your help! Anyone know of any rentals up near cranberry? Ideally looking for 4 bedrooms (or 3 plus den), within a 30 minute drive to Cranberry for less than $2000/mo. I'm sure this is probably a tall order, but if you know of anything please please let me know!!

So sorry that the home sale didn't work out. Maybe it is for the best so that you can decide where to live once you've been here for a bit. 

This house is near me, but for $2,000/mo. I think it is small.

Yeah we are bummed about not getting the house, but renting will just allow us to sock more money away to buy in a year Thanks for the help!!!!

It sounds like you're looking for a house....maybe try searching in Zelienople.  It's about 10-15 minutes North of Cranberry. 

They are building a lot of apartements and town homes in Cranberry, but I think they will be smaller than what you want, and probably more.

look for zip codes 15090, 15237, 15209, 16066, 16063 to name a few.

You may find yourself in townhouse vs home - i was surprised how high rental rates are!  There is a great house for rent in my neighborhood (15 mins from Cranberry) but its $3250 a month!

Yeah, rentals are crazy expensive up there!!! I would love to just say screw it and rent a beautiful house, but then we'd never be able to buy Gah!!! Adult problems!

Under $2000 will be extremely difficult for 4br, single family. You'll be looking closer to $2500, if not $3,000 or more per month.
