Tonight -weekly Sunday dinner with friends (Mexican night)

In no order:

Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza

Cottage cheese and onion pierogies

Pan Seared Halibut with yellow rice and salad

Low Country Boil leftovers from DH's 30th birthday party last night

Sat: lemony shrimp & asparagus risotto

Sun: brie, prosciutto, pear & arugula stuffed chicken w/ butternut squash

Mon: BBQ ribs w/ mac & cheese

Tues: steak tacos

Wed: butternut squash, arugula & bacon quiche 

Thurs: swordfish w/ couscous

Fri: we're closing on our house!!! I'm thinking we're going to pick something up and have our first meal in the new place picnic-style on the floor!

That brie chicken sounds amazing!!!!!!!

Good luck with your closing! Thats so exciting.  I think our first meal in our house was Panera on a folding table.

The chicken was really good but H wasn't a fan of the pears (he doesn't really eat fruit). I think I might try it again with apples (one of the fruits he does eat) and maybe add some maple! Here's the original recipe.

Thursday - Crustless broccoli cheddar quiche

Friday - Slow cooker chicken tikka masala

Saturday - Balsamic roast pork tenderloin with brussel sprouts and wild rice
