Confessions, vents, random thoughts for the day?

My confession is...I told the kids that Doritos were spicy so that they wouldn't want to eat them out of their trick or treat bags (because I wanted to eat them).  I ate both bags with no shame.  

My vent:  I hate coat season.  Car seats are so much easier in the summer.

I've stolen a few treats out of the kids Halloween candy over the weekend.  They got so much they'll never know!   In fact, a few weeks ago DH emptied the remains of last year's candy to fill the candy jar on his desk.  

I have an AW - I finally reached my 10% goal in WW.  I've been dancing around it for weeks, so I'm so happy to have reached it.  It's the first major goal in WW.  My next goal is to be down 20lbs.  I only have 3 more lbs to reach that.  (Which means I'll have to curb that Halloween candy thieving!)

Oh and my other vent...drove all the way to the Tanger outlets to get my little miss big feet a new pair of shoes at stride rite and stride rite is GONE!   Now I'm going to have to find time to get to Grove City which is much further.

Girls Stride Rite is on Zulily today.  Not sure if that is an option for you but it would save you a trip to Grove City.

There's also a Stride Rite in Bethel Park by the Babies R Us. Not as cheap as the outlet was, but if that's the brand you need - you can go there. They're very nice as well - we had a pair start to develop a hole weeks after we bought it and they replaced them on the spot.

Skechers is also a favorite of ours (my kiddo has a wide foot if that is your issue) and they're much easier to find:)
