- for a financial firm in NYC. I work crazy hours during month end but its worth it as I really love what I'm doing and the people I work with.

I'm the Hospitality Director for a smallish entertainment company (nightclubs, bars, restaurants) in Manhattan. When our human resources person left last year I asked if I could take on her duties and learn a new role. My company is awesome and paying for human resources classes for me. I'm taking my PHR in December (so nervous!) and then I hope to transition into that field.
