Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • I missed Mon & Tues but was back at it early this morning.  I really feel better throughout the day if I go in the morning, which makes me not want to miss it.

    Ugh...I'm terrible lately. Since coming back from CA, I can't shake this cold. However, I did get in about 4 miles of walking both Mon and Tues. On Mon, I had an eye dr appt and went for a walk around DC and yesterday I walked to my interview from the metro station. We're had beautiful weather and I wanted to take advantage of it and get some fitness in. I will return to Jillian as soon as this cold decides to leave me alone!

  • Thurs / Friday - wii active, my legs were so sore!

    Saturday - rest, got a walk in

    Sunday - jazzerise (be jealous!)

    E has been needy since so I've been walking and that's it. Need to do wii active today!

  • Worked out at the gym Monday and tonight for an hour each. Will probably go again Friday after I get off work.

    It's been an interesting experience working out with H.

    We're still trying to figure out a workout plan for weights.
