GTKY: DH and I
My name is Sarah and I am 27. I work as an accountant and do bookkeeping and taxes. I have been with my current company for a little over 2 years now. DH is 32 and writes software/does computer programming. He just recently started a new job that is way closer to home, which is awesome!
We met in 2007 when we were both working part time at a TGI Fridays. We went on our first date to see a movie and eat dinner. We moved in together just a couple of months later and have been together ever since.
He proposed to me on Christmas day in 2009. I was having a rough time because we had just had to put our dog to sleep a couple of days before and I was heartbroken, so this definitely helped pick up my spirits some!
Here is a pic of us from my graduation in May 2009, just a few months before we got engaged.
