Has anyone read Finnikin of the Rock?
I have been trying to read this book for months and I just can't get into it. Maybe two chapters back I thought things were going to pick up and get interesting, but I'm already back to being bored and uninterested. I keep trying to come back to it because it's Melina Marchetta and one of my friends who almost never steers me wrong with books loves it, but I think I might just have to give up on it already.
Has anyone here read it? Love or hate it or just felt kind of meh about it?
