weekly workouts

How is it going ladies?  Are you doing anything to combat Thanksgiving?

  • I'm finally getting back in the groove...

    Fri - 30 Day Shred Level 1, I was SO SORE on Sat! I vowed to never again take that much time off from Jillian workouts!
    Tues - 30 Day Shred Level 1...I needed 3 days to recover from Friday's workout!
    Wed (today) - Doing 30DS very soon
    Thanksgiving - eat all the food!
    Fri-weekend - I'd like to get in at least 1 workout

  • No workouts this week (I feel SUPER guilty) but I have been kind of fasting in anticipation of Thanksgiving.  Smaller meals, low carb....but tomorrow WE RIDE!

  • Still continuing the hour at the gym Monday, Wednesday and Friday routine with H. Trying to alternate a little bit of cardio and use the majority of my time towards strength training. I also did step aerobics last Saturday and Zumba on Monday. I'm just excited that I survived week two of the step aerobics. The Sunday after I first went, my calves were sore all day to the point where I could barely walk. This last time? Cakewalk. :-)

  • I went to the gym Sat and Mon, had plans to go today bc we were scheduled for a half day but that's out. 
    I just got my blood results back and my bad cholesterol is high, the letter said to eat healthy and exercise, ummm dude that's all i do! I think my hormones from the pregnancy then m/c messed up my levels! 

    So i guess ill be eating lettuce for the next year until my next blood work appt.
