Did you do any shopping for Black Friday?  What was the best deal that you got?

I did! I was out for 8 hours. It's more of a way to get to spend time with a good friend than rushing to get great deals. I'd say the best deal was an $80 dress for $10!!

I didn't go out but I did get DH his Xbox Live subscriptions last night for an amazing price online at Best Buy.

We probably won't do much shopping this year since we are trying to save money for the house. H is looking online right now so I'm sure he'll find something to snag up. We don't ever physically go to Black Friday sales. Too many crazies!

Went last night after dinner at the inlaws.
Got four blurays (Sleeping Beauty, the Lego Movie, How to Train Your Dragon 2, and Despicable Me) and two video games (Super Smash Bros and Pikmin 2) for our wii u. We apparently saved 80 bucks on that according to our toys r us receipt.
Also got two sets of flannel sheets for our bed and a few boxes of Christmas cards for half price as well.

The site I was looking at getting the last part of H's christmas gift from had a sale. So I ordered that and will have to hide it from him for a month.

I got DS a convertible car seat online. Woo exciting lol.

No I've never been. I do online stuff sometimes though. I can't deal with the crazy crowds and I'm not a morning person.

@snuff9861 which car seat did you get? We have one convertible for my car that we are using but are looking for a second one for H.

I've never gone. Howver I did work at a jewelry store last year on Black Friday...it was probably the worst day ever. Lines were out the door and people were very aggressive.

I usually don't shop on Black Friday, but I went out this year late morning/early afternoon.  I got some good deals.  I usually Christmas shop in October and definitely get better deals then.

I go with the ILs but this year were at home. I did some online shopping. Got H and dad pocket knives, mom a flash drive, ss Thomas books and cup.

I did a lot of online shopping Wed--Old Navy, Carters & Kohls where i got new pillows, clothes for H and DD a snowsuit. On Black Friday I did JCPenney & Amazon online-- i got new boots, an Elmo toothbrush for DD and a gate to block off the christmas tree & fireplace. 

We went to the stores around 3pm--it was a break between dinner & dessert we only went to Target--where I got a new camera and a bunch of DVDs. Later after dessert H went to Home Depot where of course $600 later he had a bunch of new tools & a saw. He also bought my dad some new drills for Christmas. Most of my christmas shopping is done except for H's parents, he can't decide what to get them and I have no idea either.
