Favorite sushi roll?

As mentioned in my other post I am starting to plan party food. One easy thing we will definitely do is order a sushi platter. I'm thinking 3-4 different kinds of rolls. What are your favorites/what will be a crowd pleaser?

I think calfornia rolls and cucumber rolls are always safe bets. I like shrimp tempura rolls a lot and that may be good for people who are scared of raw fish.

We often get sushi platters
Rolls:
Shrimp tempura
California
Tuna
Philly
Spicy crunchy tuna
Eel avocado

We also get a few specialty ones: dragon roll, rainbow roll, angel smile (these names maybe more specific to our place)

I was going to list the ones that Sarah listed - as a sushi newbie these are ones I enjoy and that don't scare me :P

Maybe some sort of vegetable roll, too, for those who don't/can't eat the raw?  If you're going to have lots of other food, it may not be as big of a deal.  I won't eat raw stuff, but usually will eat cucumber roll, and shrimp (tempora, or not.)
