FHA Struggles
Closing on a loan for my first home. Going FHA. The house appraised well and now we are supposed to close December 9th. My mortgage guy called me & said we need to push it back more. I asked why. He said he doesn't know what is going on. His underwriting approved, but FHA came back as "caution" and he said in his 40 years of doing this he has never experienced this and doesn't know why.
I feel so out of the loop, dont understand what could be going on and cant find anywhere that someone has gone through this... please help.
