ugh are you serious?!?! Everything I read was that they very rarely do sales on dolls and that it's usually just the today show Jill's steals thing which they did just a couple months ago and not on the girl of the year!!! And everything said to order early because girl of the year typically sells out. Was not expecting this!!

I ordered Isabelle a few weeks ago. But honestly having another to sell wouldn't be terrible. Ebay has previous girls of the year going well over cost.

I was going to order the $68 thing but it's sold out already. The other one is still available but not sure it's worth the hassle. The $68 one was amazing deal though!!

And I liked today show on FB just for the stupid AG deals and missed this!

I looked back on FB and today show didn't even post! Ugh! After the last deal I saw they posted on FB from a friend sharing that is why I liked them!

I know I was surprised that they did it esp. since the doll sale was just a few months back and accessories last month.
I will tell you that I just happened (both times) to hear it on the radio (I listen to today on xm) coming in but what I did is I check the www.hip2save.com site b/c that is jill's site.  Today show is always late getting it up but she posts it to her site at least 10 mins earlier.   I am following her page now & will remember this next year (although hopefully I am done with dolls this year!)

ps maybe they had an overflow of Isabelle dolls which is why they had the sale b/c they can't do anything with them after Dec 31!

Yeah I need to follow her! I really thought that there was no chance for anything else and especially Isabelle. Maybe they do have excess of her but I would have thought she would sell out (a ballerina would seem a popular choice!).

I guess I will no better for the future although not sure how much more will get next year. But the deals are great so maybe I can catch something again next year. They had some good thanksgiving and cyber Monday deals too.

Thanks to a few posts on FB, I wasable to score one and someone else was able to get me a second one....

I was it expecting this... they jay had AG in November but no dolls...just accessories!

For everyone that purchased, I would check with your CC company. Citibank offers a program called Citi Price Rewind, which gives a refund if the price drops within 60 days of purchase. You can register your purchase, they will automatically do it or you can do it manually. I don't know if other cards have similar programs.

I think they get around that b/c they offer the doll & accessories for lower price
