I visited a sourdough bakery using sprouted grains, took some pics

Last week I visited a bakery that's using sprouted grains to bake sourdough bread on a relatively large scale, in Etobicoke Ontario.

and drying them in dehydration rooms , slow drying to preserve their active ingredients as much as possible

grinding them into meal

and baking the dough into Ezekiel bread.
