Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • I just got back to Jillian today, actually.

    I was on a workout hiatus since 12/1, when I went back to upstate NY. Surprisingly, after a week of eating bereavement comfort food / eating my feelings, I didn't gain any weight :)

    The plan for this week:
    Mon - I walked almost 5 miles around DC
    Tues - workout canceled because I was waiting for a call from the eye dr, and then window of opportunity was over
    Wed - Jillian 30DS, level 1
    Thurs/Fri (both if possible) - Jillian 30DS

  • My blood pressure shot up so I'm supposed to not do anything strenuous until it levels out.  I look about 20 weeks pregnant still.  I can't wait to have my body back.  Well, as much of it as I can...
  • Been walking a lot.  @brainybrunette I gorged like crazy when my grandma passed away and didn't gain either--I think grieving seriously burns calories.

    also super impressed at @goatlady12 for having a newborn and remembering this post.  damn!

  • It's been a bit lax this last week. With my mom being in the hospital and working, i wasn't able to go to the gym as much.

    I am actually here now though. Waiting for my last personal trainer session to start.
