Re: Menu Monday

  • I'm making crockpot spaghetti sauce for spaghetti today and tomorrow.  I'll send the rest home with my parents since we're leaving Tuesday night.  The rest of the week is up to MIL...

  • No plans for tonight and tomorrow night. Probably whatever is a quick cook in the freezer.

    Wednesday...Christmas Eve dinner at my moms so turkey, roast beef, potatoes, green beans and lots of yummy snacks and desserts

    Thursday....Christmas dinner at our house. I'm making baked ziti, meatballs and ham. And salad and cheesy potato casserole.

    Friday....Dinner at my aunt and uncle's house. Normally sausage and peppers, lasagna and meatballs

  • Last night - We had tortellini

    Tonight - Was supposed to be something healthy, but we ended up needing to run an errand and got Chick-fil-A instead.  Oops.

    Tomorrow - Christmas Eve dinner at the ILs!

    Christmas - We're having shepherd's pie, corn pudding, and green beans :-)

    Friday - ILs are going to Longwood Gardens during the day and want to swing down and take us to dinner.

    @janma529‌ ...corn pudding?
    YES!  It's Jim's grandfather's recipe.  Delicious combination of creamed corn, sugar, cornstarch, eggs, and butter.
