Honey wheat rolls -- Made these three times now (two Thanksgivings and a Christmas) My dad would not stop raving about them.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes -- Made these as part of the Christmas dinner H and I cooked for my parents. Turned out surprisingly good.

Skinny Shrimp Alfredo Pasta (I halve this and it's perfect for the two of us)

Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken (the filling definitely fills more than the chicken the recipe states)

Raspberry Almond Thumbprint Shortbread (a new Christmas cookie this year, total hit)

Soft Frosted Pumpkin Spice Cookies (the cinnamon cream cheese frosting is insane)
