I confess that I keep procrastinating on getting something completed and it's bothering me. 

The father of one of the girls in my lab passed away a few weeks ago. My lab mates and I decided to do a comfort basket instead of buying flowers. It had things like gift cards for her favorite fast food place, her favorite flavor of cupcakes and things like that. I ordered her a minion figure from Despicable Me and will be picking up a few things now that I got paid. 

And because I was deemed the "artsy" member of the group, I got put in charge of making this into a basket. I have no idea where to even begin finding a basket to hold this much stuff. I have three plastic grocery bags full of goodies to try to squeeze into something.

And it's starting to stress me out a little because I want to get it to her soon. But I'm so lost as to where to begin.

@LDubHawksFan‌ I may be able to pop in there tomorrow and look while I'm out for the day. And I do have a 50% off coupon apparently on my phone since I have the app.

It's just funny really. I participated in basket parties a lot as a teenager for dance team fundraisers. And now I need a basket and it's impossible to find anything right now that isn't a tiny thing.

I confess that I wish I had more time for TN.  I miss you ladies a lot.  Alex has had a super fussy week and he just would not let me put him down.  I try to check on my phone but it freaks out about me trying to comment sometimes.  I feel really out of the loop.  Hoping all is well with all of you.

@goatlady12‌ that's what happened to me!! Tyrion would freak out if I needed my hands to write something! I have been reading comments almost daily but was only able to comment every so often. Luckily he's been getting better so I'm able to comment more often lol.m

Late confession.  My grandma got Influenza type A and missed Christmas (she always hosts it).  She is feeling better now and I visited her last night, told her we missed her for Christmas.  She said "Oh where was I?"  like she didn't know  She's also been falling a lot lately.  She's my only grandparent left and the matriarch of our huge family.  I'm not ready to say goodbye yet, but I'm scared it's coming soon.

I confess that when I went to the ladies room this morning, I went to pull up my sleeves and ended up loosing my grip and punching myself in the boob.

@ramstein1027:  We went through a similar-ish situation with D's grandma last year.  She had to move to a nursing home because she can't live alone anymore and the first time we visited her she had no idea who we were.  Thankfully her medication was adjusted and she is doing better memory wise.  

I hope your grandma stays healthy and that you guys enjoy many more years with her!!

@minionlover I am sorry, but I laughed out loud.  Partially because I found it funny and partially because I would do that to myself.

@ramstein1027 I know how you feel.  My grandmother is in a similar condition.  I'm not sure what is more upsetting to me, my grandmother, who was so sharp, deteriorating, or the fact that my mother is super in denial about it.
