Bought a home with no permits, Undisclosed to me,Now what?
Hi, I bought a home in pierce county Wa and found out two moths later that Nothing was permited when built. House,shop,septic Nothing. I just found out the realestate agent i was working with was well aware and didn't disclose this. where do I begin. Now that I live in the home I can see theres no way this home will meet 2015 building codes. Anything helps, Thanks
