3.5 quart slow cooker recipes

Hello, I'm looking for some small (3.5 quart) crockpot recipes. I have a larger, older crockpot that I love, but it doesn't have a timer and isn't programmable. I'm sure I could probably just halve some of my favorites, but I figured I'd ask here first to see if any of you have great ideas for what to make in a smaller slow cooker.

I do a whole fryer chicken in my small crock pot. Rinse and dry a whole chicken. Place in crock pot. Rub all over with Olive oil and seasonings (I use granulated garlic, Italian seasoning, and S&P. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. Serve with sides and enjoy!

I usually serve yellow rice and a green veggie with my chicken. I use the leftover chicken to make chicken salad too, and it is so good!

Thanks for the ideas! I may try halving some of my favorite recipes. I love making soups and stews in my larger crockpot so we can use the left overs for lunch for the rest of the week, but I don't think I'm going to be able to do that in this smaller one.
