As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Made an offer this morning.
It's been almost 5 years since we last bought a house, but due to a relocation we've been living in an apartment for the past 5 months and are ready for a house! This is the second property we've made an offer on, the first one the buyers went with someone else. With this one, I am hoping we caught it early enough that we are the only offer. We offered full price, no contingencies, 45 day closing and should hear something tonight. The first one, I was fine when they didn't accept, but this one I'm really getting excited about. Hopefully that means that this is the right house for us and we'll get lucky and accept!
