Rustoleum Cabinet Transformation.. anyone?

I am just to the final coat of using the rustoleum cabinet transformation kit and I'm actually pretty happy with how it's coming out! Little nervous to put that last top coat on and seal it all, I want it to look good and smooth.. has anyone used this kit before? If so, do you have any tips for that last coat?

Re: Rustoleum Cabinet Transformation.. anyone?

  • I haven't used this, but would love to see before and after pics once you're done!
  • I want to try these! Our cabinets are awful.
  • Update: It was super easy! Paint doesn't have to be perfect if you are using the gloss and the top coat worked great! I attached the before/after (don't have one with them hung up yet). I will be putting the pulls on them as soon as we get the rest of the fixtures and the floor will be replaced to a dark distressed wood. The kit also comes in all sorts of colors.. this is the white with the glaze and you can mess with the glaze as much as you want to keep it darker or make it lighter.

  • Looks great! Definitely wouldn't have thought it was the same cabinet!!

Thanks! I'm going to add some kind of chunky "leg" to the bottom too to make it look a little less "builders special"
