Re: Week Dinner Menu 1/11/15
Tomorrow through next Sunday: no clue! We are moving into my parents' house this week, so I have no idea what we will be eating all week!
We have lived in our rental house for basically 4 years, and it came furnished, so we put almost all of our stuff in storage when we moved in. Last year the house got sold, but the new owner still wanted us to live in it. We probably won't get more than 7-10 days notice to move to Ohio, and we didn't want to be rushed with getting all of the previous owners' stuff out, our stuff out, deep cleaning the house, and doing a walk through with the current owner all in one week or so.
It will definitely be interesting living with my parents with DH, but it is very short term, which should work out well.
Tonight- i took out chicken to make either a bisquick chicken, which is sorta like a baked fried chicken OR crunchy onion chicken. but im having such a $hitty day at work i may tell my husband we are getting chinese take out
Tues- out to dinner with zumba friends
Wed- Crockpot Pot Roast
Thurs- If my DH is not working late, we have a Blue Knights meeting, and we'll eat at the restaurant, If hes working, i'll make chicken
Friday- Clean out the leftovers
I actually don't do taxes! LOL I even pay someone else to do mine! I'm a corporate accountant so i have to deal with year-end closings and auditors. I'll be happy when end of Feb/early March rolls around
