Party room rental in the north hills

Does anyone know of a relatively cheap room to rent in the north hills for Logan's birthday party? We were hoping for $100 or less for maybe 30-40 people. I absolutely cannot WAIT to move to a bigger house so this isn't an issue.

We rented the building at Evergreen park for Mason's party 2 years ago...I think the rental was $100-$150.  I can't remember the exact amount (and it may have been based on hour), but I know it couldn't have been much more than that.

This is random, but check with your library in the area to see if they have a spot. Our local one has a very nice large multi purpose room that they rent out for $50

check with Ross Township community center (where the cops are) they may have something.  Or in Franklin Park - blueberry hill.

The Ross community center is really nice.  I had my bridal shower there.  If I remember correctly, the big room can be divided into 2 rooms for smaller parties.

No - Heritage Public Library in McDonald (on the main street by the basketball courts).

No - Heritage Public Library in McDonald (on the main street by the basketball courts).

Gotcha.  The West Allegheny Library has rooms (and they're super nice because the library is brand new), but it doesn't specify on their site if a birthday party is an approved use for them.  Good to know about the Heritage Library.  We're we live almost right in the middle of the two.

The one in McDonald can definitely be used for birthdays. It has a kitchenette and I believe they  offer a projector as well for showing montages. I used to serve on their Friends of the Library group and didn't know about this til I was on it:) It's a nice general use space!
