I found an article about whether or not you need to shower daily so I figured it was a good topic for the day.  Do you shower daily?

Bonus question:  Since the last paragraph of the article says, "Change out underwear and socks for a fresh pair on days you skip", I have to ask - Do you change you underwear and socks everyday?

There are times I skip a shower, but never for more than a day.  Like yesterday, I decided to sleep in instead of getting up early enough to shower because I knew I wasn't dirty, stinky, or sweaty from the day before.  I do change out my undies and socks though if I go a day without showering.

Definitely before baby. Now I think I do.... I have every day since I was a child, but my brain doesn't work like it used to. It's entirely possible that I forget some days, but I honestly don't know. My morning is always a big game of, do I get to eat breakfast or not...

I shower every day but wash my hair only a few times per week. And i always change my socks and undies!! I usually wear 2 pairs of socks and will reuse the outer pair.

Nope, nope, nope. I aim for at least 4 times a week, though.

Not an everyday-er.  I try to hit 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day for showers. 

I do change my underwear and socks daily!  I don't wear either at home so I just get a fresh pair every morning (maybe this is a confession?)

I shower every 2 days, unless I work out or do something super sweaty(not happening now). I always change underwear and socks though. Fresh undies help me feel clean.

I'm usually an everyday person. If I skip, it's because we decided not to leave the house that day.

I usually shower every other day. If I workout (which I have been) I'll shower daily. I always change my socks. Sometimes more than once a day. I don't always change my underwear if I haven't showered. I feel like they're immediately as dirty just from being in contact.... o.O

I shower everyday but I wash my hair every 2 or 3 days. Except Fridays, i get home late from mommy and me music class and im not going anywhere on Sat except the gym to smell again so why bother right?

I shower daily, unless we have a really lazy day over the weekend.  I only wash my hair once a week though.  I am trying to get better about that.

I change my socks and underwear daily.

I shower every day if I have somewhere to be. If not, then no showering. Like mana, I don't wear socks or undies at home so I get new ones every day.

Daily...I need it to wake up in the morning. I only wash my hair a few times a week though. I change undies daily too
