I would probably try a bite of a 100 year old egg, but I'm not sure I would eat the whole thing.
@seahorse01 how was bone marrow? Was it like eating a piece of fat on a steak?
I've never had sweetbreads, but I would totally try that! What is the best way to have them (fried, grilled, etc...)?
