Tuesday: Hubby is gone and I have a late night so something quick like soup and salad

@bpphoto785 what liquid do you braise your chicken in? I braised a chicken in balsamic vinegar, and I loved it, but DH wasn't impressed!
@bpphoto785 that recipe looks amazing! I will definitely have to try it. I've only braised chicken once (and it was a whole chicken). I had problems with the skin sticking to the pan. I used a Le Creuset braiser pan. Any tips on getting good crispy skin that doesn't stick to the pan?
As fate would have it...DH and I had hot dogs and Mac n cheese for dinner last night!
