Stay away from Oaks Skyzone

Just wanted to put out there about this horrible experience I just had. Brought my kids (4 and 1.5) to jump today and I was not allowed to jump with them. I get that they dont want 17 year olds jumping next to toddlers, but usually those rules dont apply to parents of children. Their response to me was well you can go on the other side of the court if you like. That is at least 200 yards away and not realistic for me watching the little guy. At only 19 months he really can jump very well.

The worst part was I asked for a refund and they said sorry they are already jumping. So I drove all the way out there and then because my kids jumped for 10 minutes before I found out that I was not allowed to be with them, I cant get a refund so I can leave????

They tout themselves as a family place but that only works if your family are all over the age of 16 apparently. Please boycott them, they deserve it.
