Highs - Dinner with our friends was great and we hung out afterwards at one of their houses. We had a really nice evening with my parents watching the game
Lows - My MIL is really sick. She had a 5 inch tumor in her abdomen and they arent sure what it is. They are doing a hysterectomy this week. She seems ok with whats going on but she is still in a lot of pain and doesnt like taking the pain meds. Chris and my FIL are both a mess about it. Im just so upset that we wont be here for her after surgery. I mean, we will be going to see her after surgery, before we leave on Saturday, but only for a quick visit at the hospital. We come home late on the 14th, but we will head straight to the IL's house on that Sunday morning. I just feel shitty that we wont be able to talk to her while we are away.
Highs - having Andrea, Janet and Megan over! It was kind of a hot mess with the consultant trying to do the party via FB and Skype, but oh well. It was fun seeing old friends at the surprise party. There was definitely a divide - parents/non-parents.
highest high - 2.5 hour nap Jeff let me have last night - A-FREAKING-MAZING!
Lows - E is refusing all naps and it's causing crazy melt-downs. I finally got a set up of bouncer and this dog that sings that puts her to sleep. She realized the swing puts her to sleep and refuses to even chill in it.
Lows- went by too fast
Highs...b/c I wasn't feeling well, I did alot of nothing. We ran some errands on Sunday, but when I was at home M and I snuggled and played with her toys.
