Did anyone watch last night?  I am still uncomfortable by the date with the "love guru".  Also, WTH is going on with Kelsey?  Bizarre!

that episode was just crazy, the whole thing!!  the love guru??  that would be uncomfortable even if you were already IN a relationship with someone. 

I thought maybe Kelsey was making up the whole widow thing (which I would have been completely disgusted by) but I googled his name and there are pictures of them together.  so I guess it's true...but what is wrong with her that she was saying all of that stuff on camera about having such a wonderful, tragic story?  EW.

I had known Kelsey's story was true, and had so much sympathy for her because she seemed genuine.  But the last two episodes or so, I started thinking she was a little off.  Then last night, was just so bizarre!  I mean, how do you not know the name of the heart issue that your husband died from?  And when she was telling Chris, she seemed to really be playing it up.  It was also super awkward to be like, Boo hoo, my husband died.....now let's make out.  Then the whole "panic attack"....it's just weird!

The love guru date was awful.  I was so embarrassed for both of them!  Although I do like Carly for him!

And Kelsey seems crazy.  I know everyone grieves different, but it just seems so quick to be on a show like the Bachelor after becoming a widow.  I can't wait to see what happens next week.

This made me laugh on Chris' blog this morning (I've bolded the part that I thought was especially amusing):

I knew from the moment that I walked in and saw Tziporah that things were about to get weird. Thankfully, I'd spent a lot of time waving sage around with a love guru back in northeast Iowa. (Yeah, that never happened!) Now, what you didn't fully get to see was that Tziporah had us start our session with at least 10 minutes of heavy breathing, almost a sort of panting exercise. Both Carly and I felt like we were going to pass out. I actually couldn't feel my lips at all and got light-headed. When it was my turn to massage Carly, I'm not gonna lie, things got pretty awkward. It also didn't help that some random guy was sitting behind the cameras about 15 feet away smoking cigarettes and staring at us like he wanted to join in. Not cool. I don't know who he was, but he wasn't a producer or a crew guy because I hadn't seen him until that day, and I haven't seen him since. The only time I see that creepy guy is in my nightmares!

LOL!  Seriously, I don't know how they made it through that date.  I would not have been able to keep myself from lauging the entire time.

Also, one more note on Kelsey - why does she keep referring to her husband with his first and last name?  (So people can easily google her?)

That is hilarious!  Weirdest date ever!  I give Carly a lot of credit for getting through that.  

Meghan, you don't refer to your husband as FirstName LastName in every day conversation?  I always do.  And I make sure I throw in JUNIOR at the end, so as not to confuse him with his dad.

And, not trying to make light of a tragic situation here at all, but even the way she was saying his full name every single time was creepy sounding.  i"m not sure if it was the name itself or the way she would say it, all drawn out, like she wanted to make sure people heard it correctly.  There is definitely something off with her.....

Ok, and what do we make of this whole Britt not showering thing?  Is it that maybe she takes baths and doesn't wash her hair much, uses dry shampoo instead?  She has a ton of hair, so I'm sure it's a pain to dry and style. I just don't get how someone could not shower for "weeks" as Carly implied, and not be smelly.  Does she wash her face?  Or is that why she's ready to go at 4:30am with makeup on, she just reapplies every day?

On the podcast I listen to they said Kelsey felt like a bad soap opera actress right down to the "panic attack" and I totally agree. I was straight creeped out by her.
